About Pedigree

Anne is sired by Najih, who sired the Tevis WINNER, Benjih. Najih is by the beautiful Ben Rabba, who was leased to England where he produced some outstanding foals there as well as in the US. Anne has an additional line to Ben Rabba thru her dam via US National Champion Stallion, Benraz. Ben Rabba is by Aurab one of our all time favorites. In addition she has lines to the Kellogg stallions Abu Farwa and Alyf who we highly value in a pedigree. Anne's pedigree is a blending of mostly CMK with some Polish via Gdansk, a son of the US National Champion Stallion Bask, and out of the imported Polish mare *Gdynia.

As A Broodmare

Anne has done an excellent job as a broodmare. She is an excellent mother, even nursing an extra colt part time with her first foal (he thought he had it made!). She out produces herself in quality and we are extremely pleased with both of her fillies. They have absolutely SUPERB dispositions, lovely movement and overall balance. Both are extremely handy girls and it's hard to find a friendlier horse than Anne's daughters. Her fillies are favorites with visitors. We are retaining a daughter for future breeding.
